Chris Yerbey Chris
Yerbey is originally from Florence , Alabama . He studied biology,
chemistry and chemical engineering at the University of Alabama
from 1992 – 1997.
Mr. Yerbey founded his first company, Environmental Waste Consultants,
Inc. (EWC) in 1997. He worked as a waste consultant with manufacturing
plants across the southeastern U.S. , improving his customer’s
bottom line through reductions in the expenses associated with waste
removal. These savings were achieved in large part through the successful
implementation of innovative recycling programs.
In 2001, Mr. Yerbey started a second business along with two other
partners. Trucking Jobs, LLC was built around a web based job search
engine for the U.S. trucking industry. (see: www.EveryTruckJob.com)
This web site was the first of its kind to list all U.S. based trucking
companies in a searchable database while allowing job seekers to
submit their resume free of charge to prospective employers. Today
EveryTruckJob is the best website of its kind having forwarded 3.5
million applications on behalf of it’s over 100,000 members.
Turning his full time focus back to the recycling industry. Chris
Yerbey along with partner Ashwani Dutt founded D. Y. INDUS, Inc.
in 2005 for the purpose of exporting recyclable waste material from
EWC’s manufacturing clients in the U.S. to factories in India
.
Ashwani Dutt
Ashwani
Dutt received his Bachelor of Commerce in 1988 at S. D. College
in his hometown of Panipat , India .
After college Mr. Dutt became a partner in Prakash Construction.
During his time with the company he was in charge of project management
and procurement of new government contracts. In addition, he managed
a work force of over 400 employees constructing government building,
roads and pipelines for water and sewage.
In 1996 Mr. Dutt started his own company, Easy Travel. (see: www.easytravelindia.com)
He grew this company to become the largest international travel
agency in Panipat and today is the largest in his home state of
Haryana with over 20 offices in northern India . In developing this
business Mr. Dutt has made contacts all around the world traveling
to over 45 countries to date. At home in northern India , his contacts
include a long list executives and owners of manufacturing plants
in the steel, aluminum and stainless steel products industry.
In 2005 Mr. Dutt founded D. Y. INDUS, Inc. with partner Chris Yerbey
leveraging his extensive contacts in the local manufacturing industry.
Steve Nippert CFO, retired as colonel in the U.S. Air Force in 1995
serving 20 years as a Contracting Officer for the development and
purchase of weapons systems.
In 1995, Mr. Nippert supported his wife,
who is a Registered Nurse, in the start-up of a drug rehabilitations
center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The clinic is an outpatient facility and
services 200+ patients. He and his wife own the clinic and have a staff
of 15 employees. Mr. Nippert oversees operations as the CEO.

After becoming the largest investor in D. Y. INDUS, Inc. in 2009, Mr.
Nippert was duly appointed to the position of CFO. He brings a wealth of
knowledge to the team from both his military and entrepreneurial
experience.
Deepak Dhiman
Director of Sales / Office Manager, graduated from
Kurukshetra University in 1989.
He took over his father's textile yarn
manufacturing business, S.P. Woolen Mills, in 2000 where he oversaw 65
employees.In May 2009 after selling his business, Mr. Dhiman joined D.
Y. INDUS. His current roles include Sales Director and Manager of our
shipping logistics, payment processing and bookkeeping operations.

Len O'Neill
Vice President of Purchasing / Strategic Planning, spent
over 20 years at AT&T/Bellsouth in various capacities including product
design and development, manufacturing processes, marketing, business
development and strategic planning.
A former global product and market
manager, he applies his experience as a strategic planner in identifying
new business opportunities and joint venture partners while managing our
U.S. based purchasing and inspection operations.
